This place is situated in a beautiful area near Shipley Park, and I enjoyed my 3-night stay here.

The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The room was beautifully decorated with a relaxing Spanish feel and was spotlessly clean. We loved the spaciousness of the room, especially the large shelf unit by the bed which was great for easy access to our belongings. The continental breakfast provided was generous and of good quality, with a variety of options to choose from. It was also a bonus to have a private ensuite wet room and parking for our car.

We couldn't find anything to fault about this property. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent.

The location was excellent for us as we were visiting our son who lives nearby. The apartment was very well decorated and the facilities were first class with a comfy bed, two armchairs, microwave, toaster, and television. The wet room was amazing with plenty of room and a powerful shower. Lovely view out onto the owner's garden and free parking right outside. The breakfast was superb with cereal, bread, jam, honey, fruit juice, butter. Would stay again and highly recommend this delightful self-contained apartment.

The property was tucked away in a cul-de-sac, providing a blissfully quiet and peaceful atmosphere. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and an amazing wet room. The breakfast provided was delicious and the hosts went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this delightful self-contained apartment.

There was absolutely nothing to fault about the apartment. However, if I can offer some minor suggestions, the tiled floor can get quite cold when the excellent underfloor heating is not on, so it would be a good idea to bring slippers.

our second stay in Heanor was even better than the first. Self Contained Ground Floor Bedroom With Ensuite Wet Room Continental Breakfast Included Parking For 1 Car Outside exceeded our expectations. Sue and Jim were amazing hosts, making us feel welcomed and ensuring we had everything we needed. The apartment was beautifully decorated, spacious, and had a lovely patio. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff and great service. They even helped me with my elderly parents. This place has everything I need - free Wi-Fi, off-site parking, a TV, and a lovely outdoor dining area. Can't wait to come back for my next trip!

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a lovely wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The ensuite wet room was a great convenience, and the bed linen and towels provided were clean and fresh. Having a private bathroom in every room was a nice touch, giving us the privacy we needed. I enjoyed the satellite flat-screen TV in the apartment, perfect for some relaxation time.

Personally, I found the electric kettle in the double room a bit unnecessary for my needs. But hey, I understand that some guests might enjoy having it for their tea or coffee!
